A: My Visual Consultancy (or Visual Strategy) sessions are for heart-led entrepreneurs, creatives and founders — whether you’re launching a new brand or refining an existing one. Q: Do I need a “reason” (e.g. milestone, event) for a photoshoot, or can I do it just because I feel like it?
A: You don’t need a special reason or milestone. If you simply desire to reconnect with your body, presence, or truth — or if you want to express yourself and be seen as you are — that is enough. The sessions are meant to honour your story and essence. Photography by Alice Rose

Q: How do I book a session or consultancy with you?

Q: What’s the starting price for Visual Strategy sessions?
A: The Visual Strategy sessions start at £111.00 for one hour. Photography by Alice Rose

Q: How should I prepare for a photoshoot or visual session?
A: There’s no rigid ‘preparation’ needed — part of the work is to reconnect you with your presence, softness and authenticity. If you like, we can discuss what you’d like to express or capture ahead of time. (We might also talk about mood, style, intentions.)

Q: Can I use the photos or visuals for my business / brand, not just personal portraits?
A: Absolutely — one of the offerings is soulful branding photography and visual consultancy designed for creatives and entrepreneurs who want their visuals to reflect their brand’s energy, story, and purpose. Photography by Alice Rose+1

Q: Do I need to pay anything upfront to book a session?
A: Yes — to secure your session, I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your session. This deposit confirms your booking and ensures your spot in my schedule.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: Life happens, and I understand that plans & weather can change. Please let me know at least 1 week in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee,

Q: What makes your approach different from a regular photoshoot or photographer?

Q: Do I need to be a model or have experience in front of a camera?
A: Not at all. The sessions are designed for anyone — there’s no required background, no “perfect look,” no modeling experience. The goal is to meet you where you are, and allow your real self to be seen.

A: Yes — part of the services include Image Curation & Research Sessions, which can help creators or brands choose visuals that feel aligned with their energy, story and mission. P
